Jim Graves, Chairman MAST:
Brilliant piece of work…emotional – Visual…I cried. Brilliant.  I am absolutely delighted. Thank you for all your hard work and effort, as usual the extra mile. Kevin is a business man of integrity, very high business standards and impeccable manners, not bound by the time he puts into a project but to completing the project to the highest standards. It was a privilege to do business and work with KL, he is now a business friend and will definitely be working with MAST on the 2015 ASC. All the businesses that took part in the ASC commented positively on the DVD and Peel Ports, Sellafield Ltd and Glendale are using it for hiring future  apprentices”

‘I just wanted to say that I watched your Apprentice Ship Cup 2014 film and it’s superb. With such a bitty sort of subject it’s always difficult to pull it together into a logical narrative but you’ve done a great job’  – Peter Elson, Shipping Correspondent, Liverpool Echo & Shipping Correspondent of the Year, UK

The first Apprentice Ship Cup took place between Liverpool, Belfast & Whitehaven Over 3 weeks in June 2014. Over 200 apprentices took part developing team-working, self-reliance and confidence building skills as part of this inaugural event. This short film was first shown at the culmination of the event awards’ dinner and has received a fantastic reaction from those involved.  The film has been significant for the emotional reaction it has garnered. This film is the first part of a longer piece which was produced as a DVD and includes footage shot during the sail together with reactions from a wide range of apprentices, mentors and company leaders, who took part.
